E-mail access will be suspended effective Monday, June 16th 2008 for routine maintinence.  All persons are advised to back up any important messages as they WILL be deleated.

You can access your e-mail two different ways. The easiest way is through the internet by visiting one of the following two links and using the instructions provided below for Web-mail Access. This is also the best way to get to your e-mail in T-80 for Robotics.

Web-mail Instructions

 

·        To login, type YourFirstName@sabrerobotics.com for the user name

·        Your default password is your first name. It is recommended you change it.

·        To change your password in Supreme Mail, once you login, click the Options button, type in your new password, and click “Update Settings.” You will then need to login again, using your new password. In HORDE, click the Change Password Icon at the top of your screen.

·        If you forget your password, or are having difficulties/questions about your account, please let Adam know.

If you are an advanced user and prefer to use something like Outlook, Thunderbird, or I-Mail you can do so with the instructions for Client Based E-mail, listed below.

 

Client Side Instructions

 

·       Launch your client and add a new account

·       You can elect to use a POP3/SMPT server or an IMAP sever, however, IMAP is recommended that way you mail will stay in-sync on both your computer and the server.

·       All servers (POP3/SMTP/IMAP) have the following address mail.windsorwebhosting.net

·       Your user name is yourname@sabrerobotics.com (replace yourname with your actual name. Ex. Bob)

·       Your password is the same password you used for web-mail access.

·       If you are using Outlook, when adding the account, you will need to click the “More Settings” button, then click the outgoing server tab. From there, select “Log on using:”, fill in your e-mail address in passwords in the respective fields, then press “OK.”

·       Finish the setup.
